It Takes All of Us

The AIDS Walk for Life is truly a community effort bringing together people from diverse backgrounds to show we care, to raise much needed funds for local AIDS programs and to raise visibility for the cause.

The AIDS Walk for Life is not possible without our awesome volunteers! You can volunteer as an individual or with a group. We have opportunities before the Walk and on Saturday, October 22.

We encourage youth and family participation! Youth volunteers must participate with their parent or as a part of an organized group with adult supervision. Youth participants must have parent permission to participate. Download the Participant Release. This must be completed by all volunteers and turned in at Check In on 10/22.

Volunteer opportunities before the event:

• Team members to work on marketing and event production
• Host a happy hour or Dining Out pre Walk event
• Event promoters
• Volunteer Manager

Volunteer opportunities at the Walk, Saturday October 22:

• Photographers (professional and amateur)
• Videographers (professional and amateur)
• Set Up
• Registration
• Clean Up
• Snack Prep and Service
• Cheering/Water Stations
• DJ
